Boulder Canyon Trail Improvements
Boulder, Colorado

LORIS provided design services for drainage improvements on a short segment of the Boulder Canyon Trail for Boulder County Parks and Open Space. The project's objective was to repair a deteriorated section of concrete path and better accommodate drainage and leakage from the Silver Creek Ditch. LORIS developed a low impact solution that maintained the existing railings, avoided impact to the historic ditch facilities, and met the modest project budget.
