LORIS provided full construction management services for these two underpasses on major arterial roadways in the City of Westminster.  Our Construction Managers were responsible for quality control, inspection and documentation throughout construction.   LORIS also assisted in evaluating traffic control during construction to ensure a safe and efficient method of handling traffic, minimizing motorist complaints.

The Sheridan Boulevard project was federally funded and required full documentation according to CDOT procedures.
