Located in one of downtown Aspen's last undeveloped properties, this scenic development is positioned at the base of Aspen Mountain.  The project, which is being developed by Four Peaks Development, has views of downtown Aspen and Ajax Mountain.   The site offers ski-in ski-out trails to Ajax Mountain lifts.

Parcel 2 - Affordable Housing

The Top of Mill Parcel 2 Affordable Housing four-plex is one of the first parcels within this new subdivision to be developed.  Quietly nestled into a hillside, LORIS' site layout and structural design for retaining walls were carefully coordinated to fit the natural surroundings and architectural elegance.  Our design created minimal impact by utilizing natural boulder stabilized slopes, soil-nail walls, and spread footing retaining walls.  On-site parking and snow storage drainage is being filtered through a drywell to promote water quality and minimize site runoff.

Parcel 6 - Single Family Residence

The Top of Mill Parcel 6 Single Family Residence offers an ideal central location within this development.   This luxurious home is settled into the hillside, and offers breathtaking views of both Ajax and Downtown Aspen.  Site design includes both rear and front lot courtyards, a snow-melted driveway, grass lined swales, and an accessory dwelling unit.
