LORIS performed a complete inspection program of Boulder County's 250 minor bridges inventory, which includes a wide variety of structures ranging from timber to precast concrete. Our FHWA-certified engineers inspected, evaluated and rated the entire inventory using NBIS procedures. The structures were rated using CDOT software.

Our recommendation report prioritized bridge replacement and rehabilitation based on the bridge condition and Sufficiency Rating. We also provided cost estimates for proposed work and provided a re-inspection schedule.
