These projects depict LORIS design of concrete box culverts for road and drainage projects. LORIS was contracted by Douglas County to provide a bridge replacement over the Denver Water Board's Highline Canal. The concrete box culvert was the most economical structure type to carry the roadway over the existing canal.

On Drainageway 'E', LORIS was hired by the hydraulics consultant to design a bridge that would increase floodway capacity on an Urban Drainage & Flood Control District project. We provided complete structural design of this two-cell concrete box culvert with a drop inlet.

Both projects were designed according to CDOT standards.
