The Niwot Bed
and Breakfast Inn

This luxury bed and breakfast inn is located on Second Street in downtown Niwot and provides comfortable accommodations with high-tech office facilities for the business traveler. It has a mountain architectural character with extensive wood finishes. The main circulation area has a beautiful wood crafted grand staircase up to a four-sided walkway accessing the suites. Heavy-timber framed, hammer-beam trusses support the roof over this central atrium area.

LORIS engineered the wood framed building including the oak peg dowelled connections for these ornate timber trusses, avoiding any hidden steel plated connections. The basement houses the administrative and service functions for the inn.
