This addition to the Exempla medical campus in Wheat Ridge, Colorado consists of a two-story steel frame structure with 42,500 sq. ft. on the ground level and 23,700 sq. ft. on the second story.

A link structure connects the new building with an existing medical office building. The foundation of the structure is composed of cast-in-place concrete spread footings with grade beams spanning between the spread footings. The floor of the second story is framed with composite steel beams and a concrete deck. The roof structure mostly consists of steel bar joists and steel deck although steel beams were used to frame the roof of the link structure. The lateral system is comprised of steel cross braces in the stair cores of the two-story portion while steel cross braces and steel moment frames make up the lateral system for the single story portion of the building. The exterior of the steel frame is clad with light gauge steel studs.
