Projects - Structures
The Retreat Intrinsic Design The facility is located on Olde Wadsworth Road in Westminster, in the
Church Ranch Redevelopment area. The assisted living center is approximately
20,000 square feet and is laid outin an H-plan configuration of single-story
wood-frame construction. The entry porches have heavy timber trussed roofs.
The facility also accommodates Alzheimer patients. The grounds around
the facility are landscaped within a brick perimeter wall to provide tranquil
surroundings for the residents.
