Located on the west side of Loveland near the Marianna Butte golf course, this assisted living center is a single-story wood-frame building of approximately 25,000 square feet. It is a managed facility with a full time resident manager and on site dining facilities, and features an entry lobby with administrative functions and two main wings of living areas. The wings and the entry form three sides of a quadrangle that is completed by the shared cafeteria and dining facilities at the rear of the building. A neatly landscaped interior courtyard provides a welcome retreat in a sheltered environment.
