Design of a new glulam wood Golf Starter Pavilion for the prestigious Broadmoor Hotel, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  The pavilion is intended to be a greeting place for golfers, which invites guests to experience the opportunity of playing on a championship golf course. The structure was designed to compliment the natural beauty of the surrounding area at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain.  By utilizing glulam wood beams to frame the vaulted roof structure and natural wood planks between the rafters the architectural intent of the project was maintained.
