LORIS performed a Historic Stuctrures Assessment (HSA) on on this Eldorado Canyon State Park stucture. Included in the assessment was a Structure Condition Assessment, Preservation Plan, and Document Submittal utilizing the Colorado Histrocial Society HSA format as recognized by most funding agencies. Upon review of the report, and available funding, it may eventually lead to a full renovation project.
