On Tower Road in eastern Aurora, is a 56-unit development of varying townhome configurations - ranch style and two story units, of two or three bedroom variations, combined in several plan arrangements. Lower floors feature basement, garden level or walk out conditions, depending on their location on the steeply sloping site.  Due to varying soil conditions, some units are founded on drilled piers and others on spread footings.  All buildings are cost-effectively designed in wood framing, with attention to simplified detailing to keep construction costs low on the numerous building repetitions.

LORIS also designed a new ranch unit, to meet the higher demand for this type of townhome.
