Trail Ridge Drive East Aller-Lingle
Architects The design of the 22,000 s.f. Forest Lofts Office Building is derivative of historic agricultural structures in the area. Materials and geometry vary in the forms of the L-shaped building, suggesting construction took place at different times. The agricultural form posed a structural engineering opportunity to provide an open space with minimal interior obstruction. The building is constructed with conventionally framed wood walls. The second floor is supported on parallel chord wood trusses, while the roof is framed with prefabricated roof trusses.
