LORIS performed complete structural engineering services for the main three-story building and nine other buildings on this $9 million housing project. The main building is wood framed with pre-fabricated wood truss roof and engineering wood I-joists floors. Exterior balconies are constructed of load-bearing masonry walls. Lateral stability is acheived through timber shear walls.
