Scott Belonger has served as project manager and engineer on numerous bridge, underpass and trail projects at LORIS. Mr. Belonger's project responsibilities have included bridge design, inspection and rating; structural design and detailing; hydraulic analysis and design; roadway design; traffic calming design; environmental documentation, agency coordination; public involvement; and preparation of final plans, specifications, and estimates.

Scott is an excellent project manager with acumen for meeting client objectives on time and on budget. His diversity in skills gives him an overall view of the entire design process, heading off potential problems before they actually become problems. He has a strong sense of aesthetics that is evident throughout his work. And because he is an avid trail user, his underpass and trail projects are designed from the user's perspective, creating safe, pleasant people spaces.
